Manager Pricing Distribution & Projects Full Time NEW

The purpose of this role is to own and drive the successful delivery of strategic pricing initiatives, automation, and process improvements, serving as the central point of accountability and coordination across all involved teams. This includes scoping, prioritizing, and overseeing initiatives that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven enhancements. The role ensures robust pricing and filing processes are maintained, optimized, and clearly communicated, while leading and developing the team to consistently meet service level agreements.

Accountabilities

Pricing and Filing processes:

• Own and enforce end-to-end pricing processes, ensuring they are fully documented, approved, and consistently communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with DTI to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation opportunities across pricing and filing processes, with defined timelines and measurable efficiency gains.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions for key pricing and filing tasks to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and drive measurable improvements in team productivity.

Pricing initiative delivery and Automation:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for scoping, prioritizing, and sequencing pricing workstreams based on revenue impact, strategic contribution, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional planning and decision-making, defining program timelines, dependencies, and success criteria, and assessing required system enhancements and development efforts to ensure on-time delivery.

Team management:

• Manage Pricing distribution and fare fling team to ensure SLAs are met
• Define KPIS for pricing controlling in line with the business requirements.
• Responsible on making sure Pricing controllers are using the systems and reports as per agreed processes and in an optimal way in line with business requirements

Presentation, communication and stakeholder management:

• Engage with senior stakeholder to present and review the strategic contribution of the pricing programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure discuss pricing and filing system development enhancement.
• Responsible to develop necessary reports to ensure accurate tracking of various initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of experience in Aviation
• In depth knowledge of Amadeus systems and GDS is preferrable
• Project management and technical skills are preferred
• Good analytical and communication skills
