Manager – Onsite / E-Commerce | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt
Role Summary
The Manager – Onsite drives the day-to-day execution and optimization of the look and feel, user journeys, and performance of our web, mobile web, and app experiences. Working within a cross-functional team spanning growth/marketing, commercial, and product/CX, the role delivers intuitive, high-performing, and personalized experiences—from homepage modules and category navigation to checkout—using data, testing, and continuous improvement to meet business goals.
ROLE PROFILE
Lead the planning and execution of sale campaigns, defining central themes and USPs in collaboration with commercial teams. Use data, analytics, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, app KPIs, and key modules such as homepage and product discovery. Coordinate with Content, Creative, CRM, Paid Media, Analytics, and Omni‑channel UX teams to deliver impactful promotional campaigns. Manage and optimize onsite assets including homepage, category pages, banners, and campaign landing pages to improve CTR, CTT, and conversion. Enhance onsite customer experience by curating content, improving UX flows, and personalizing experiences across different markets. Conduct competitor analysis and leverage customer behavior, feedback, and UX research to drive customer‑centric improvements. Drive engagement and long‑term retention through content marketing communications and promotional initiatives. Support people management activities including performance management, coaching, training, manpower planning, and adherence to corporate policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6+ years of experience in e‑commerce or merchandising, with at least 3 years in onsite merchandising, product management, or an e‑commerce company. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements. Proficiency in web and app analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Tableau, and MS Office. Hands‑on experience with app performance metrics, personalization engines, A/B testing, and experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely). Experience in reporting, data visualization, and strategic budget management for paid search or performance campaigns to maximize ROI.
