Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting talent through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and local/regional talent pools.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
Draft and manage job descriptions, hiring content, and recruitment assets across platforms.
Maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and weekly status updates.
Conduct market and talent research, including salary benchmarking and competitor mapping, relevant to the GCC.
Assist in pre-boarding and onboarding processes — documentation, orientation, and stakeholder coordination.
Research emerging HR trends and support continuous process improvements.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through content, outreach, and candidate engagement activities.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, LinkedIn tools, and modern HR systems.
