This position is responsible for business planning, organizational development, performance management delivering revenue, gross profit on the ground execution standards and employee development objectives set in the approved business plan.
The position involves close co-ordination with principals, customers, internal staff and centralized support functions of the company. The incumbent, in addition to having solid experience in FMCG segment, have very strong business development / performance management, inter personnel skills and motivational / leadership capabilities.
