We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Financial Reporting & Accounting operations in a leading financial services environment. The role focuses on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, financial controls, audit management, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations
- Supervise regulatory reporting and compliance with CMA, CBK, and IFRS requirements
- Lead financial statement preparation, consolidation, and audit coordination
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, profitability, and financial controls
- Support Board and Audit Committee reporting
- Drive process improvement, governance, and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 12–15+ years of finance experience within financial services or investment companies
- Strong experience in IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Big 4 audit background preferred
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
