Role: Management Consultant (Remote)
Location: Remote
Payout: $50 – $80/hour
Role Overview
We are hiring Management Consultants to evaluate AI outputs related to business strategy, market analysis, and operational reasoning. In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to assess strategic thinking and contribute to AI model improvement on consulting tasks. The ideal candidate has consulting experience and rigorous structured thinking.
Key Responsibilities
– Evaluate AI-generated strategic analysis, market sizing, and business cases.
– Apply structured rubrics to assess reasoning rigor and frameworks.
– Identify logical gaps, weak assumptions, and analytical errors.
– File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
– Partner with strategy and product teams on quality criteria.
– Contribute to rubric design for consulting and strategy domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– 2+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy-adjacent experience.
– Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
– Familiarity with consulting frameworks and business analysis methods.
– Clear written communication for slides, memos, and analysis.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, boutique).
– MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
– Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
– Industry expertise (tech, healthcare, financial services, retail).
– Strong Excel modeling and slide design skills.
