VIP Brokerage is expanding and seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our high-performing Abu Dhabi team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified property leads
- Conduct client consultations and property viewings
- Advise clients on residential and investment opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
- Stay informed about market trends and new project launches
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Driving License and own vehicle preferred
- Residence Visa with NOC preferred
