We’re looking for a sharp-eyed, quick-thinking Loss Prevention Officer who thrives on staying one step ahead. If you notice what others miss, act before problems escalate, and believe that safety is everyone’s business you might be exactly who we need.

In this role, you won’t just watch you’ll anticipate, investigate, and protect. You’ll be the invisible shield behind smooth retail operations, safeguarding our people, products, and reputation across all stores.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Patrol stores and stockrooms (both routine and surprise visits) to spot risks before they become problems
• Monitor inventory movement, transactions, and store activity to detect discrepancies
• Implement smart strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect assets
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and safety incidents
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and document findings with precision
• Partner with authorities when needed to close cases effectively
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety protocols are always followed
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
• Support audits and implement best-in-class loss prevention practices
• Work closely with store managers and security teams to resolve issues
• Share insights on risks, trends, and suspicious activities
• Train and guide store teams on prevention and safety awareness
• Assist during emergencies—fire drills, evacuations, first aid, and more
• Ensure safety equipment is ready and protocols are followed
• Stay calm and decisive during critical situations

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in safety & security, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail security or loss prevention
• Certifications in Loss Prevention or Security? Even better
• Familiar with surveillance systems, POS monitoring, and stock tracking tools
• Comfortable with MS Office for reporting and documentation
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Exceptional observation and investigative instincts
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
