Description
We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems (Mechanical ,Electrical, Plumbing)
Handle installation, repair, and replacement of equipment and fixtures
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of air conditioning, ventilation, and electrical systems
Respond to breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance promptly
Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues
Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations
🔹 Requirements
Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards
Good Communication Skills (basic English Required)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Technical diploma or certification in relevant field preferred
🔹 Preferred Background
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or facility management
Exposure to high-volume commercial environments
