Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full marine logistics cycle and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full logistics cycle, including import/export marine operations.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and shipping agents.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on all shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Monitor shipments from origin to final destination.
- Follow up on customs clearance procedures and documentation.
- Ensure timely updates and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all logistics documents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 of experience in logistics and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of marine shipping and import documentation cycle.
- Experience in chemical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
