Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, coordination with customers and stakeholders, and adherence to high service standards. Responsibilities include supervising operational workflows, managing inventory levels, coordinating with team members, and resolving customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to oversee teams and manage operational processes effectively
• Excellent Communication abilities to liaise with customers, stakeholders, and team members
• Proficiency in Operations Management to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
• Experience in Customer Service to address and resolve client concerns professionally
• Knowledge of Inventory Management for tracking and maintaining stock levels
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the real estate or investment sector is advantageous
