Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to support our daily logistics and transportation operations.
Requirements
- With a valid Kuwait Driving License (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or store/warehouse operations (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge and experience in logistics processes such as customs clearance, processing commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and handling correspondence for international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in arranging and coordinating deliveries and pickups
- Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
- Maintain delivery records and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Assist in warehouse/store support activities when required
