Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistic Manager to join our consultancy firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all logistics operations, supply chain coordination, and vendor management to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Logistic Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all logistics-related activities across projects to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, permits, documents, and support services in alignment with project schedules and PMC requirements. The role includes following up with consultants and other stakeholders to track pending actions, approvals, resolve delays, and maintain smooth project flow; reviewing documents received from consultants such as logistics plans, to ensure they are complete, compliant, and aligned with project requirements; managing logistics plans, reporting progress, escalating risks, and ensuring compliance with project procedures, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Manager also supports project teams by maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring that all logistics dependencies are proactively addressed to avoid disruption to project execution
