Responsible for overseeing the implementation of livelihood projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and quality outcomes, while supporting partnership management, proposal development, and supervising project coordination to maximize program impact.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Project Management
• Follow up on the implementation of project activities according to approved work plans and budgets.
• Prepare and regularly update operational plans and activity matrices.
• Coordinate between trainers and the Monitoring & Evaluation team to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project deliverables and contractual commitments for all donors and funding partners.
🔹 Partnerships & Proposal Development
• Contribute to the development of funding proposals in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Prepare partnership documentation and follow up on commitments with universities, factories, and implementing partners.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
🔹 Project Coordination Supervision
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Project Coordinator.
• Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
✔ 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, livelihoods, development programs, or related fields.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
✔ Experience in proposal writing and partnership management is an asset.
✔ Ability to work in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.
