Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ELV / light current systems
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational KPIs
• Coordinate system upgrades and vendor management

Requirements

• Strong experience in Facility Management and ELV systems
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and structured cabling systems
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage operations, maintenance plans, and technical reporting
