Main Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Lending & Credit transformation initiatives across products, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution across all geographies.
Act as the central coordination point between Business, IT, Operations, and Risk, managing stakeholder communication, alignment, and expectations.
Assess and analyze existing lending and credit processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities, and lead end-to-end process re-engineering and standardization initiatives.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models aligned with target operating models to enhance turnaround time, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
Translate business needs into clear requirements (BRDs, user stories, functional specifications) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and system capabilities through close collaboration with technical teams.
Oversee testing and implementation activities, including validation of test scenarios, participation in UAT, defect resolution, and ensuring smooth production releases and post-implementation reviews.
Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, leveraging data and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and support decision-making and prioritization.
Manage the transformation backlog and prioritization framework based on business impact, risks, and client needs.
Drive change management and adoption of new processes and systems, addressing stakeholder concerns and ensuring successful implementation.
Identify and implement innovative solutions, staying updated on industry trends and fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Lead and mentor team members, while monitoring delivery performance, resource allocation, and proactively addressing risks and bottlenecks.
Provide input into the lending transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with management direction and business priorities.
