Legal Counsel – Consumer Goods Sector
A global leader in the personal care industry is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this role will serve as a key legal partner and trusted right hand, providing broad commercial support across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice across multiple departments and global jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of cross-border commercial agreements (distribution, vendor, retail, manufacturing, marketing, NDAs, DPAs, etc.).
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including negotiation of key business terms.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Israel and global subsidiaries.
- Support regulatory compliance and advise on privacy, IP, data protection, competition, and consumer protection matters.
Requirements:
- LL.B. and active Israeli Bar membership – mandatory.
- 5+ years’ post-internship experience in commercial/transactional law (in-house at a global company or leading law firm).
- Experience within Consumer Goods Sector – must
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts; familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, privacy, IP, competition, and consumer protection laws – an advantage.
- Excellent English (written and spoken) – must.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work across NA and APAC time zones when required.
