Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour (Based in Baghdad, with frequent travel to other governorates).

About the Job:

To deliver high-quality training sessions, while supporting the Assistant Training Manager in training delivery, content development, programs and translation activities. The role ensures effective communication and understanding to enhance learning outcomes.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Training Calendar Management: Support and assist the Assistant Training Manager in preparing and managing the training schedule. Coordinate with employees and departmental heads to ensure smooth execution and achievement of training objectives.
• Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions in line with the approved training plan and standards.
• Program Planning & Coordination: Support the Assistant Training Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and activities.
• Content Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Contribute to employee development initiatives, engagement activities, and learning campaigns.
• Translation & Interpretation: Translate training content, materials, and communications to and from Arabic, and English accurately.
• Content Adaptation: Adapt training materials to ensure they are culturally relevant, clear, and easy to understand across all languages.
• Program Implementation: Support the rollout of special programs and initiatives (e.g., Sardar Connect, 5S Audit, leadership development, compliance, HSE, and other internal programs).
• Facilitation & Learning Activities: Facilitate interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience.
• Training Support & Logistics: Provide on-ground support during training sessions, including facilitation, logistics, and participant engagement.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Evaluate and collect feedback to continuously improve training programs and activities.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, attendance, reports, and program tracking.
• General Department Support: Support the overall operations of the Training and Development department by assisting with administrative tasks, internal initiatives, employee communications, and other departmental activities as required.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, learning programs and teaching is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Experience in supporting training programs and employee engagement activities is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
