Saudi German Hospital in Cairo is looking for a Learning & Development Intern with a medical background and a strong interest in HR & L&D.
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
Medical background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health, or similar)
Clear interest or prior exposure to HR / Learning & Development
Passion for training, professional development, and healthcare education
High commitment, ownership, and willingness to learn
Strong communication and coordination skills
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Support coordination of training programs and workshops
Assist in organizing medical and non-medical learning activities
Help with training materials, attendance tracking, and reports
Coordinate with instructors, departments, and trainees
Support onboarding, orientation, and learning initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes
📍 Location: Cairo
