Job summary:
Leads the execution of IT vendor and contract management activities. Manages operational vendor interactions, tracks performance, supports contract administration, and ensures suppliers comply with SLAs and contractual obligations. Executes regular vendor reviews, enforces issue resolution, and drives continuous performance improvement. This role is critical in ensuring reliable vendor delivery, timely contract renewals and procurement, and efficient processing of supplier invoices.
