Job Purpose:

Take ownership of medium-scale proposal management, coordinating technical and financial preparation from initiation to award. Provide expert input and guidance across multiple submissions, ensuring integration and high-quality outputs across all disciplines and compliance with client, internal, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage proposal preparation from RFP review through submission and post-tender responses until award.
• Develop and validate technical and financial inputs for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate with internal and external disciplines to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards, and recognized industry benchmarks.
• Provide discipline-specific support to colleagues managing other proposals.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead coordination of technical content within multidisciplinary bids.
• Act as a point of contact for client clarifications, when needed, and ensure that communication is effectively managed between all parties involved.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures, promote safe work practices, and proactively identify potential risks during proposal development.
• Promote and ensure the application of best practices in proposal management.
• Undertake any other tasks delegated by Line Management in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
• 9–12 years of relevant experience in proposal preparation and design management.
• Experience in tendering processes.
• Strong understanding and experience in engineering design.
