Job Description
Leo Jo Productions is a documentary studio that focuses on social issues and topics that interest the public. We are seeking a lead creative to head our visual department for a long-term, 4-year project.
The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated 3D Generalist to execute a full visual pipeline. You will be responsible for:
- Full 3D scene assembly, lighting, and cinematic rendering in Blender (v5.1.0).
- Creating high-end 2D/3D motion graphics and UI overlays via Adobe After Effects or Davinci Resolve.
- Translating complex scripts into 20-minute visual narratives.
- Maintaining a consistent high-speed production schedule (Bi-weekly delivery).
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Base: $2000NZD Total – $1700NZD base + $300NZD monthly tech/wellness stipend.
Annual Leave: 20 days of paid annual leave per year.
Performance Bonus: Significant revenue-share structure based on channel growth (33.33% once revenue is generated)
Stability: Long-term 48-month contract duration.
Wellness: Integrated daily wellness/focus breaks included in the 40-hour work week.

Job Requirements
- Mastery of Blender: Must be comfortable with rapid scene assembly and Eevee/Cycles optimization.

- Systematic Workflow: Ability to work within a structured pipeline and meet firm deadlines.
