Job Description:
Zalomi is looking for a skilled Laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, ensuring all devices meet quality standards before sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops
- Perform upgrades (RAM, SSD, OS installation, etc.)
- Conduct testing and quality checks on used/refurbished laptops
- Troubleshoot performance, battery, and component-related issues
- Maintain records of repairs and inventory
- Support the sales team with technical guidance
- Ensure devices are cleaned, tested, and ready for sale
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a laptop/IT technician
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Basic knowledge of OS installation and configuration
- Attention to detail and quality control
Preferred:
- Experience in refurbished/used electronics
- UAE-based candidates
- Immediate joiners
