Greenland Group. is looking for Land Surveyor (Aurco Company, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Field Surveys: Conduct on-site measurements of distances, directions, and angles, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
  • Data Analysis & Mapping: Analyze field data to create accurate maps, plats, and charts using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Boundary Definition: Research land records, previous surveys, and legal deeds to establish or verify property lines.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and developers to guide construction projects, ensuring structures are placed within legal boundaries.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain surveying instruments, such as total stations, GNSS sensors, and drones.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
  • Skills Required: Survey, Surveyor, Land Survey

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes,Real Estate,Overseas Companies,Group of Companies,Land Management
