Conducting comprehensive chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
Implementing and adhering to stringent Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of all test results.
Operating and maintaining sophisticated lab equipment, including but not limited to spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and other analytical instruments.
Performing routine calibration and troubleshooting of laboratory apparatus to ensure optimal performance.
Documenting and interpreting experimental data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Control teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Contributing to the development and validation of new analytical methods and procedures.
Job Requirements
Unleash your expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
Proven experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Lab Chemist or in a similar R&D/Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
Master of the lab: Demonstrable proficiency in Chemistry, Food Science, and Lab Engineering principles and practices.
Quality champion: Solid understanding and practical experience with Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Problem solver: A proactive approach to Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Communication wizard: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective Technical Documentation and collaboration.
