Job Description
The Kids Area Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their mothers are using the gym facilities. The role focuses on supervising children, organizing simple activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming children and receiving them from their mothers in a professional and friendly manner
* Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children inside the Kids Area
* Supervising children during playtime and maintaining full attention at all times
* Organizing simple games and fun activities suitable for different age groups
* Engaging with children in a positive and energetic way
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kids Area
* Monitoring children behavior and handling any minor conflicts appropriately
* Ensuring proper handover of children back to their mothers
* Reporting any incidents or concerns immediately to management
Job Requirements
* Female only (due to ladies-only gym environment)
*Preferably residing near New Cairo (First settlement )
* Previous experience in dealing with children is a plus (not necessarily teaching)
* Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
* Good communication skills
* Ability to handle children responsibly and safely
* High sense of responsibility and attention to safety
* Ability to work in rotational shifts
* Experience in kids activities, nurseries, or play areas
