Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Key Customer Specialist at Atos Pharma, a division of the SEKEM Group, responsible for the Dakhalia and Cairo South areas. Responsibilities include managing relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analysing customer requirements to deliver tailored pharmaceutical solutions and contributing to the representation of SEKEM as a brand committed to delivering environmentally sustainable and human-cantered products.
