Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut for a Junior Sports Photographer. The role involves photographing sports events, training sessions, and related activities, capturing sharp, dynamic images that tell compelling stories. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining camera equipment, shooting on the field or court, selecting and editing images, and organizing files for internal use and clients. The Junior Sports Photographer will collaborate closely with senior photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure consistent visual style and timely delivery. The role may also require occasional evening and weekend work aligned with event schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Photography and Digital Photography, with the ability to shoot in various lighting and weather conditions.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in Sports Photography, including capturing fast action and peak moments.
• Basic skills in Video Production and Videography, or willingness to learn and support simple video shoots.
• Proficiency with digital cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment, plus familiarity with photo-editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, follow creative direction, and meet tight deadlines during live events.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization skills, and a commitment to consistent image quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with coaches, athletes, staff, and teammates on-site.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant photography work; prior experience in sports or event photography is an advantage but not mandatory.
