Infinity Labs R&D is seeking motivated STEM graduates from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and related fields to join a distinct entry-level career path through a unique training program focused on modern software engineering in the age of AI, designed to prepare participants for future junior software engineering positions, subject to successful completion of the program.

The program was designed to address the evolving challenges artificial intelligence introduces to modern software development. Participants develop deep engineering foundations and system-level thinking required to design scalable systems, integrate AI capabilities into production software, and operate within cloud-native and distributed environments.

This position offers a comprehensive practical development track, provided at no cost to the participant and operated by the company as part of its professional training initiative, through which you will gain exposure to modern software architecture and hands-on experience with:

• Building scalable software systems and distributed architectures
• Designing APIs and integrating services across modern application ecosystems
• Developing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data systems
• Cloud-native infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD environments
• Observability, monitoring, and production-grade system reliability
• AI-augmented development practices and intelligent system workflows

Graduates of this path who successfully complete the training have been placed in diverse software engineering roles at leading companies across Israel, progressing rapidly from juniors to core team members.
