About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Junior to join our Marketing team and support the execution, analysis, and optimization of digital acquisition campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, performance advertising, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels while helping drive user acquisition and business growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms
• Assist in audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign monitoring
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and according to business objectives

Performance Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
• Analyze key marketing metrics including CPA, CTR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, installs, and conversions
• Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across campaigns

Optimization & Testing

• Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
• Identify top-performing and underperforming ads and provide optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with senior team members to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Design, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and test new advertising assets
• Support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
• Ensure marketing activities align with growth objectives and brand standards

Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain campaign documentation, performance dashboards, and reporting trackers
• Support ongoing analysis of customer acquisition and marketing performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or relevant internships
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and other paid media platforms
• Basic understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
• English proficiency
