Mivida is a fast-growing clean beauty brand based in the U.S., focused on hypoallergenic, fragrance-free skincare products sold primarily through Amazon, Shopify, and emerging social commerce channels including TikTok Shop and Meta Shops. We are a lean, entrepreneurial team focused on rapid growth, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and e-commerce growth efforts across Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing, e-commerce analytics, and brand growth within a fast-moving beauty company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to help execute campaigns, analyze results, track KPIs, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
– 0-2 years of experience in performance marketing
– Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Social media Ads
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
– Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Familiarize with existing tracking and funnels
– Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
– Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities using analysis tools: GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Microsoft clarity
– Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving measurable ROI.
– Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing, and extensive bid management and lead generation experience
– Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
– Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
