Junior Mechatronics Engineer (Fresh Graduate) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Mechatronics Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry-level role is specifically designed for a fresh graduate looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industrial application. You will work under the direct mentorship of senior engineers, contributing to the installation, maintenance, testing, and optimization of our automated systems, electromechanical equipment, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Assist in the routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production machinery, robotics, and automated systems to minimize downtime.
• Testing & Commissioning: Participate in the testing, assembly, and on-site commissioning of new electromechanical setups and vision/sensor inspection systems.
• PLC & Control Systems: Assist in monitoring, configuring, and basic programming adjustments for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and sensory networks.
• Technical Documentation: Help maintain precise technical logs, engineering drawings, operation manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and mechanical/electrical design teams to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years of experience). Prior completion of graduation projects or internships focusing on automation, robotics, embedded systems, or industrial maintenance is highly desirable.
• Technical Foundations:
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Conceptual knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar) and microcontrollers.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, eager to learn, and an ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Language & Tools: Good command of English; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Military Status: Clear and defined military service status (for male applicants).
