Junior Marketing Associate Full Time NEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Associate to support our regional marketing operations across multiple countries. The main responsibility of this role is to monitor and manage incoming leads, maintain accurate CRM and marketing data, coordinate follow-ups with the marketing team, and ensure smooth communication between departments and regional markets.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all incoming leads across multiple countries and channels.
• Update and maintain lead databases and CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across all marketing records.
• Coordinate with country teams and marketing departments regarding lead status and follow-up actions.
• Follow up on pending leads, campaign responses, and customer inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
• Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns and activities.
• Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in lead management processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, CRM management, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work with international teams and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
