Junior Lab Chemist Full Time NEW

Clean & More Detergent Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Chemist to join our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.

This role is fully laboratory-based and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career chemists to develop their technical skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, sample, and test incoming raw materials to verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing of detergent products during production and on finished goods.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Support investigations related to quality deviations and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare laboratory reagents and ensure proper handling of chemicals and testing equipment.
• Perform routine calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and improvement of testing methods and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Perform other laboratory and quality-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of laboratory or quality control experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality control principles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy.
