We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Event Organizer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and event administration, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth event operations
- Support event logistics, including registrations, guest management, and on-site coordination
- Communicate effectively with guests, sponsors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare event documentation, reports, schedules, and post-event evaluations
- Monitor event timelines and support the implementation of event plans
- Assist with budget tracking and administrative tasks related to event management
- Provide on-site support during events and ensure operational requirements are met
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 year of experience in event coordination, event support, or a related field
- Experience supporting events from planning through successful execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests and suppliers
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and event-related documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
