Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Development role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Business Development professional will support the identification and development of new business opportunities across Capstone Solutions’ service lines. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building lead lists, and assisting with outreach to prospective clients by phone, email, and in-person meetings. The role involves supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and quotations, as well as maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The individual will collaborate with senior team members to nurture client relationships, follow up on inquiries, coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams, and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and handle client interactions confidently.
• Solid analytical skills and market research capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining organized pipelines.
• Interest in or exposure to business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment, manpower, or related services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
