About the Role

Everest Group is looking for a motivated and professional Junior Business Development Associate to support our growing business development activities in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in B2B sales, client relationship management, and professional services.

The selected candidate will work closely with the business development team in identifying opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the promotion of the firm’s professional services, including Audit, Tax, Accounting, Business Setup, Compliance, and Advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and business development activities across the UAE market
• Identify and connect with potential clients from various industries
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business contacts
• Assist in presenting company services based on client requirements
• Follow up on prospective leads and support conversion activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth client onboarding
• Contribute to overall business growth initiatives and team objectives

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role
• Interest in B2B sales and professional services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident approach when interacting with clients
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and collaborative environment
• Basic understanding of the UAE business environment is preferred
• Experience in Audit, Tax, Accounting, Consulting, Business Setup, or Corporate Services will be an advantage
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
