The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join Trowers & Hamlins’ international corporate and commercial practice in our Saudi Arabia office. Our team provides strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and technology law, supporting both local and international clients in navigating Saudi Arabia’s evolving legal landscape.
We are seeking a Saudi qualified junior lawyer to support corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on company formation, structuring, governance and corporate secretarial work within Saudi Arabia. In this role, the distribution of work will be – 40% Corporate & Commercial, 50% Regulatory & Corporate Secretarial and 10% Government Liaison.
