Hiring: Junior Assistant to the CIO

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to the CIO to support the Chief Investment Officer with administrative, coordination, and finance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, communicates well, and has a strong interest in finance, investments, and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule and confirm meetings
• Assist with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
• Conduct basic market, finance, and investment research
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investment-related documents
• Organize files and maintain proper documentation
• Support the CIO with coordination and occasional office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance, investments, and trading preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
