A reputable construction company specializing in fit-out & joinery works for hotels and luxury projects , looking for Junior Architectural Tech. office Engineer
Job Description:
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and detailed construction documents in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Conduct technical reviews of design documents, identify discrepancies, and propose effective solutions to resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the preparation of material submittals, technical reports, and project documentation for client and consultant approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify technical requirements and resolve design-related issues.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or interior design.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Office Architect or in a similar architectural role within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , photoshop .
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced office environment.
• Preferred residential area (for proximity to office) Nasr city – Zahraa Nasr city – Heliopolis – Gesr El Suez – Fifth settlement – Maadi – Moqattam.
