About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect or recent Architecture Graduate to assist on a variety of architectural projects ranging from residential developments and renovations to commercial and mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, has strong graphic and visualization skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with the lead architect throughout all project stages.
This is a remote position offering flexible working hours, with occasional site visits and project meetings when required.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.
* Prepare architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
* Develop 3D models and visualizations.
* Produce renderings and presentation materials.
* Assist in façade design studies and architectural presentations.
* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
* Support project documentation and executive drawing production.
* Conduct architectural research and precedent studies.
* Utilize AI tools to assist with design visualization, presentations, and workflow optimization.
* Participate in occasional site visits, surveys, and project meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
* Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
* Good design sense and creative thinking.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Good knowledge of Lumion.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
* Basic understanding and use of AI tools for architectural workflows and visual content creation.
(Candidates with advanced AI skills and experience using AI-driven design tools will be given preference)
* Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks remotely.
* Strong attention to detail.
