Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Admin Procurement Specialist, based in Dubai. The responsibilities include supporting procurement processes, managing administrative tasks, and assisting in invoice and documentation management. The individual will also help ensure compliance with company policies, maintain effective records, liaise with vendors, and assist the procurement team in analyzing data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate procurement data and assist in decision-making processes.
• Experience in administrative assistance and the ability to manage procurement documentation and records accurately.
• Basic understanding of financial principles to assist in invoice management and cost analysis.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience in procurement or administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
