Job Description: Purchasing and Logistics Officer.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Purchasing and Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling purchasing activities, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Arrange transportation and shipment schedules
- Handle import/export and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal departments
- Maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
