About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to join our school’s technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all school staff (teachers and administrative team).
- Manage and maintain the school’s computer network, Active Directory domain, and related services.
- Join new devices to the domain and configure user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and support the CCTV surveillance system (hardware and software issues).
- Handle printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage network switches, structured cabling, and patch panels.
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues for devices.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of practical experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling).
- Familiarity with CCTV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and patience when dealing with non-technical staff.
