Overview: As our IT Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries, playing a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. You’ll tackle a variety of challenges daily, from troubleshooting network issues to providing hands-on hardware support. Your expertise will directly contribute to the productivity and efficiency of our entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Information Technology (IT) support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Offer comprehensive Hardware Support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine Hardware Maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
- Administer and support Microsoft Office suite applications, assisting users with various software-related queries.
- Configure and troubleshoot Networking infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system and software problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document all support activities and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and implement best practices.

Job Requirements
- Experience You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT support role, demonstrating a solid understanding of IT principles and practices.
- Proven track record as an Experienced professional in the IT industry.
- Essential Skills & Expertise:
- Exceptional proficiency in Information Technology (IT) support and troubleshooting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite applications and their administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations.
- Extensive experience with Hardware Support, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Demonstrated ability in performing effective Hardware Maintenance and preventative care.
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to issue resolution.
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Security Protocols and best practices in an IT environment.
