Job Requirements
- Educational Background: A strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (IT) is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of core principles.
- Experience: We are seeking enthusiastic professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply!
- Required Skills:
- Demonstrable proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and Engineering principles.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and operations.
- Basic knowledge of Network Administration and common networking protocols.
- Familiarity with System Administration tasks on various operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Excellent Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong Technical Support skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional Problem Solving capabilities, with an analytical mindset.
- Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Experience with or a strong desire to learn about Database Management.
- An understanding of Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Security Best Practices to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts for service management is beneficial.
