seeking a highly experienced IT & Information Systems Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with business needs:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Administer, support, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Handle system configurations, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and business continuity.
- Lead system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with departments to support operational requirements.
- Manage IT vendors and external service providers.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is a must.
- Experience in system implementation, support, and optimization.
- Solid knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with databases and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
