Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, in-person)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets efficiently
• Provide support for internal systems and business applications
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up until resolution
• Set up user accounts and devices for new employees
• Document technical procedures and create user guides

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in IT or related field
• Eligible for Tamheer program
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
