About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand promotion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
