Job Opportunity: IT Assistant
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others. Stellar Education is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Assistant to join our team and ensure our digital environment runs seamlessly for students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Assistant, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, handling everything from hardware fixes to network security.
- General Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with devices (laptops, tablets), printers, internet connectivity, and diverse software applications.
- Networking & Connectivity: Maintain and configure Wi-Fi networks, switches, and IP setups. Experience with VLANs and firewall management is essential.
- System Administration: Manage Microsoft Azure environments, domain accounts, and user permissions. You will also oversee antivirus deployment and regular data backups.
- Professional Support: Provide high-quality, patient technical assistance to teachers, staff, and parents, ensuring a professional experience for the school community.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and hardware.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based system administration.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Note: Candidates must have transferable visa.
